 A delightful couple that has been serving their community for a combined 43 years in real estate, Rod and Sue Fleming make a difference. Family people at heart with old fashioned values Rod and Sue are parents to six grown children. They now enjoy the greatest reward of all, being proud grandparents.

Enjoying the small things in life—gardening, live shows, and fine wine, Rod and Sue’s biggest shared passion is for Indoor Bowls. Rod and Sue are recognised as accomplished champions, Rod having represented NZ successfully for many years and is one of those responsible for setting the bar for the sport in New Zealand.


Rod and Sue really do make the difference, living in the Hawke’s Bay for 17 years; they have an intimate local knowledge of the area. This combined with their sound sales skills, motivation and pro-active ability to get the job done has produced an ever growing portfolio of satisfied clients.
