Greg Ariell - Connecting Property and People
Greg joined Property Brokers after fulfilling a long held ambition to design and build his own home.
Having come from a rural background and been smitten by the Wairarapa lifestyle, Greg purchased a block of bare land here over 12 years ago while still living and working in Wellington. Seven years later he said goodbye to his corporate life and shifted his family to Greytown where they became barn dwellers while Greg designed and then managed and worked on the construction of their home.
With the house completed and grounds landscaped, Greg was eager to take on a new challenge.
Being passionate about property and having previously carved out a successful career with a strong focus on people, it was a logical step for him to enter real estate.
Greg is no stranger to managing contractually based transactions. A core part of his work in Wellington required him to be actively involved in developing and negotiating contracts and in managing relationships with a large number of individuals and organisations responsible for providing professional education and training, mostly within New Zealand but with some in Australia as well.
Now with Property Brokers Greg is committed to making buying and selling property a positive experience and to using his excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to achieve the best outcomes possible.
Greg's has two fantastic sons who attend Kuranui College. He manages the College's 1st XV."
