About Kevin

Kevin has been in real estate in Whakatane since 1990. Hugely loyal, Kevin was with the same one company for 30 years and then remained with his owners when they sold the business and stayed on with the new owners, ‘Property Brokers’ in 2020. This type of loyalty and longevity is very unique in the industry and definitely something he can be very proud of. Having come from a farming background it was only natural for Kevin to specialise as a rural salesperson. He is part of our rural team, having worked alongside Maurice Butler for many years and he now enjoys a support role with his daughter Kirstie Richardson. Kevin is a keen family man, he enjoys his daily walk and his spare time is spent either enjoying time with family and watching their sport or travelling with friends and family.
