About Dave

Dave has been mainly centered in the Upper Clutha region for 20 years. Dave has been successfully involved in subdivisions working alongside the Developers, Surveyors, Planners and Engineers both from a land acquisition stage through to the completion of sales. Also, specialising in residential, lifestyle, commercial and business sales, Dave has a passion for all things Auction. Dave’s real estate career excelled through the crash of 1987 and the slump in the late 1990’s. The hype after the turn of the century and the fallout in 2007 have all added to the experience that Dave can bring to your real estate needs. Dave has been a real estate agency owner/director at one of Wanaka’s leading agencies and has gone through three mergers which he believes has made him well grounded in all real estate matters. Dave believes that is what has made him successful in real estate and the reason you should talk to him is simple, “his commitment to you, the vendor, to achieve an outcome to your liking”. Dave is supported by his wife, Charlotte Lucas, their two girls Harriet and Nell and when he is not with them you will find him on the lake coaching the Wanaka Rowing Club that he co-founded in 2007, skiing up at Treble Cone or biking around the Central trails.
