Paul Garland joined the real estate sector in 2011. Since that time, Paul has completed 100’s lease and sale transactions for local and national clients and completed over $50 Million of deals.

As a sales person Paul concentrates his efforts on knowing the Hastings retail and commercial/industrial market; the landlords, tenants, investors, brokers and developers. Paul specialises in all aspects of commercial real estate sales and leasing. He has expert knowledge of rental rates of retail, office and industrial space in the area and his wealth of knowledge of the leasing market is invaluable in relation to investment sales. Paul’s success stems from his diligent service, problem solving skills and strong commitment to his clients and vendors.

‘The formula is very simple; I make vendors, landlords and tenants my priority. I listen to them and visit them on a regular basis to understand their current and future needs. Paul has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and enjoys managing the Hawke’s Bay commercial team to achieve their own and clients personal goals.
