Selling more properties allows Jason and David to come into contact with more buyers which ultimately helps create buyer competition through multiple interest and a premium price for the seller.
They now enjoy over 95% repeat and referral business having fun with their new clients along the way.
One thing Jason and David will not do is rest on their real estate laurels. They treat every new client like no other, striving not only for a successful outcome but an advocate of their business for life. Jason and David have employed the services of a full time personal assistant for the past 9 years which allows them to focus more time on their clients. Jason and David work very closely with investors including the Hawke’s Bay Property Investors Association and have written articles for the NZ Property Investor Magazine. They have rental properties themselves and understand the “nuts and bolts” of how it all works. Each week they send out an investor newsletter detailing suitable investment properties. This goes out to over 500 investors, most local but some as far afield as the UK, Singapore, Vietnam and Australia. This in conjunction with a weekly new listing letter sent out to over 400 active home buyers. These systems along with their full time personal assistant allow them to achieve these fantastic results year in and year out.
When not selling real estate, Jason has a passion for sport, recently retiring from Premiership Cricket and now enjoying the more sedate sport of Golf where he often “whacks” a ball around the Napier Golf Club. He also shares a passion for Rugby whether it is the Magpies, the Warriors or the All Blacks.
