About Philip

Having worked full time in Real Estate for over 30 years Philip Searle has knowledge of the profession and experience that only comes with time on the job and deals negotiated. Specialising in Commercial and Industrial as well as business sales, he knows pretty well everything that is going on in the region in which he works, which makes him the right person to be dealing with. Philip has served for eight years as a Regional Director of the Real Estate Institute of NZ so has a good grasp of what is happening in real estate across the country. Married to Margot, with four sons (one of whom works in the business) and twelve grandchildren he now enjoys a great work/ family life balance. Having started the business in 1996 operating from the kitchen table with Margot typing out the contracts he has seen the business grow and blossom into what it is now and has enjoyed seeing the next generation stepping up to the plate.
