South Canterbury has been home for Kiri and Gretchen for over 20 years and they have known each other for 17 of those. They have a proven track record of working together with complimentary skills to make sure you have the best team working for you.
Gretchen
Studying in Wellington, Gretchen gained a degree in design and this led to her establishing an architectural design business which she ran for 8 years. She has also ventured into energy efficiency consulting, helping to make homes warmer and healthier throughout the region. Gretchen loves living and working in Geraldine and finds being involved in the community rewarding.
Gretchen and her partner have a primary school aged son and in their weekends they enjoy walking, mountain biking, arts, food and the people of the region.
Kiri
Packing up and shifting to Fairlie in the early 2000s was a considered move and one which Kiri has not regretted. It has been a wonderful place to raise two boys - now both adults, supported by a community where family values still count.
After 25 years of involvement in the building industry Kiri gained a solid understanding of real estate not just through dealing with clients but also through buying existing houses to renovate and building several houses. She came to real estate with a background in banking, office administration and workplace support within South Canterbury. All of these industries have involved working alongside people and for Kiriwai - it's about people.
Both Gretchen and Kiri's commitment and their reliable honest communication is what makes them popular with their clients. Their success is brought about by working through solutions and creating excellent results
