Property Manager Bev Saunders joined Property Brokers Rangiora team in February 2013 managing the Christchurch City portfolio.

 

Bev was born in Christchurch and with the exception of a year in the UK and Europe has lived here all her life.

 

Bev is passionate about property management and enjoys the diversity and challenges the role offers.

 

Having her own rental property means Bev identifies with her client’s needs and expectations when it comes to managing their investment properties.

 

Bev enjoys meeting new people and working with them to produce successful results between owners and tenants.
