It has often been said that selling or buying a home is one of the most stressful occasions in our lives. Invariably, it’s a mix of trepidation, anxiety, excitement, relief, and if you are selling, a little publicity too!
Adrian says his job is to first listen, then make your sale or purchase as easy, and stress free as possible. By capitalising on his professionalism and years of industry experience (Auckland and Christchurch), you will be put at ease, knowing that you are in capable hands, supported by the systems and expertise of your local Property Brokers team.
“I started my real estate career before the stock market crash of 1987, honing my negotiating and innovative marketing skills in an increasingly tight market over the succeeding few years. 1991 saw a relocation to Christchurch, where I specialised in the sale by auction, and marketing of new developments ‘off the plan’. I returned to Auckland to a sales management role with an International real estate company focused on the Auckland Chinese immigrant market which further developed my communication skills and appetite for yum cha! Having built a personal investment portfolio of over 20 residential tenancies in Auckland, Hawke’s Bay, and Christchurch, I have wide ranging expertise and experience to assist you to achieve your investment goals.”
