Joining the world of real estate in 2006, Wynn Nation found an industry that utilises the best of his life experiences and personality to its full potential.  As a specialist in subdivisions and residential property in the Hastings, Bay area, Wynn's amiable attitude towards the industry and wide range of experience, guarantees his clients receive good sound advice from a credible agent.

As a local to the Bay area born and raised, Wynn's journey through life has brought him back to his home region and amongst the 'salt of the earth' people he relates to best. 

Initially from a rural background Wynn has enjoyed careers in farming, insurance, horse training and the building industry which has given him an array of experience to build his success on.

A proud father of two grown children, Wynn enjoys the accomplishment of working to satisfy his client needs.  He is a man passionate for a challenge and for making projects work, an inventor, an entrepreneur, a husband and a father. 

Since commencing as an Agent in July of 2006 Wynn has sold more than $20M of property. He has developed a reputation as an excellent negotiator and hard worker with an ability to empathise with all situations. His experience involves selling all categories of residential property, from development blocks to expensive homes and particularly first homes and sections.
