Steve Sheldon

My name is Steve Sheldon – Property Manager at Property Brokers Palmerston North.

 

I graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. My career began in hospitality, specifically; restaurant management. I feel that this background gave me the solid framework for the people skills that I have utilized throughout my career.  I have had other career changes in my working life to add to my “life” experience such as residential self-storage and retail management to name a few.

 

I have been a Property Manager since 2009 and it’s a fantastic career that is both fun and challenging. While at Property Brokers I have achieved the following awards and education within the sector:

Outside of work I spend as much time as possible with my wife and two girls. I’m an avid squash player and enjoy being outside enjoying the fantastic lifestyle that New Zealand has to offer.

 

As a Property Manager my core values in the role are to provide a transparent service to my owners and tenants alike and to provide the best communication possible. I’m a service focused person and I’m determined to solve any issue that arises.
