Pat works behind the scenes on administrative work allowing Rex time to match the right people with the right property. As a team they are unique because if one is away the other carries on working for you.

Rex, a little guy with a big heart, came to Napier from Invercargill in the deep South and still barracks for the Southland Rugby Team. His other interests include classic cars, landscaping and bonsai plants. He is extremely personable, a great listener, and has a natural ability to connect with people. He knows there is a solution to sell every property and he loves to create a truly professional one for all his clients.

Pat went off on her big OE and spent 15 years away, mostly in Italy. As well as working as PA for Rex where her organisational skills are extremely useful in meeting all real estate deadlines, she also teaches Italian language & culture, is founder and patron of the Amici d’Italia (Friend’s of Italy) club and naturally supports the Italian Film Festival in Hawkes’ Bay. She loves her garden and is often seen walking Rocco, her black and white border collie.
