Phil Wilson is committed to rural real estate. After joining the Pahiatua Property Brokers rural and Lifestyle team in 2006, Phil has since negotiated many great deals and enjoys being part of the most recognised and respected team in the district.

Phil spent eight years managing an 800 ha sheep and beef property in Omakere before moving to the Tararua in 1985. Spending many years running his own successful business as a livestock agent, Phil has built an extensive network of contacts in the area. Working closely with farmers for over 40 years, Phil has the unique ability to understand the issues affecting the rural community today and has a keen understanding of various farming systems and policies.

Outside of farming and real estate, Phil uses his many skills to benefit the Pahiatua community having been involved with Pahiatua On Track and continuing to be involved in fundraising projects. Phil’s honesty and integrity is second to none. While maintaining a professional approach, Phil has an easy manner and a passion for producing excellent results. Phil’s experience helps him to successfully negotiate a sale with unshakable service being offered to his clients.
