Patrick Dingemans

Patrick Dingemans has been in real estate for seventeen years and has sold over $75 million of property in that period. He loves working with people to try and satisfy their real estate needs, whether buying or selling. He is well versed in the Havelock North and Hastings areas and is keen to work with local residents and those wanting to move to Hawke’s Bay from other parts of New Zealand and overseas.

Patrick is very involved  with the community.  An example of this was his role of Chairman of the Protect the Brains Trust. This was the lobby group  that persuaded the Government of the day to introduce legislation to make the wearing of cycle helmets compulsory in New Zealand. Until this year he had been the Peoples Warden at St. Luke’s Anglican Church for18 years.

Patrick has lived in Hawke’s Bay since 1962. Born in Sussex, England emigrated to New Zealand in 1960. Married to Cherry for 47 years, who is an Advisor on Deaf Children with the Ministry of Education.  Tristan, Nick, Robin and Sophie are their children and they have six grandchildren. Their children range from being a musician, lawyer, dancer/choreographer and a Feldenkrais practitioner and are spread around the World.
