Marie is originally from France and has lived in New Zealand for the past 35 years. Murray was born and bred in Pahiatua and moved away in his late teens to complete his building’s apprenticeship in Wellington. They met in London then came to settle in New Zealand.
Together they have owned and managed various businesses in Wellington; Marie ran their bakery business for 11 years while Murray ran various building businesses before settling down in Himatangi Beach in 2005.
Marie got involved with Property Management in 2001 in London while her and Murray were enjoying a stint overseas. On their return to New Zealand, Marie took a Property Manager position in Wellington for 2½ years before joining Property Brokers Management team in various local offices on and off for the last 8 years. Marie has recently taken up a permanent part-time position as Property Manager in Foxton.
Murray presently manages a property maintenance business and is registered as a licensed building practitioner. Over the 30 years Murray and Marie have enjoyed purchasing and renovating various properties, they are comfortable with the real estate market.
Marie and Murray work alongside each other as a professional team; their combined resources offer skills ranging from property management, building knowledge and business acumen.
