Originally from a dairy and farming background, Gil moved into the real estate industry in the Manawatu in 2000. Working in other areas of the industry – rural then residential, Gil has found his niche in the Commercial sector.

Lee Chandler began her career as Manageress for Kentucky Fried Chicken in Wellington gaining a wealth of Management experience in this 5 years “hands-on” role.  For the next eighteen years she was employed by Win Maclaren Group Ltd, Wellington, as Company Director/Company Secretary for several companies under the one Management structure.  In this role she acquired a comprehensive appreciation of property development, property leasing (both residential and commercial) and valuable experience in property buying and selling. Lee has recently returned to Wanganui after seven years in Australia where she managed a large resort in Far North Queensland.
