Kim has been in real estate for 6 years, he really enjoys meeting and helping clients with their real estate needs. After years of experience in sales and marketing, retail management, sales consultancy and the tourism and hospitality industry, Kim has developed the ability to establish a quick friendly but professional rapport with his clients. Going the ‘extra mile’ comes naturally to Kim.
Kim attended both Auckland and Canterbury Universities studying for a BA/LLB, not quite completed, the big O.E getting in the way. Completion a retirement project perhaps?
During his lifetime Kim has lived and worked in many and varied places around the world (he was actually born in Australia, but we won’t hold that against him). Moving to Waimate 7 yrs ago, Kim has found the people and lifestyle so appealing he has encouraged family members to move to the area. Kim goes out of his way to promote Waimate to those contemplating a move to this great part of the country.
