Jude Livingstone

Jude has been working in the local real estate industry since February 2003. During that time she has continued with her studying to diploma level, gaining her Branch Manager Licence. With the habit of studying in place she has continued her learning through Telford, a division of Lincoln University; studying Agriculture Levels 3 & 4. Jude’s partner Graham McLeod is a local builder; son Brian works on a Sheep and Beef Farm in Canterbury and daughter Bailey attends Fenwick Primary School.

Jude enjoys spending time on their small farm with her family, where they raise dairy/beef cattle and some sheep.

Jude recognizes the importance of listening to clients and taking the time to explain terms and processes so that it is understandable. She very much enjoys guiding people through the course of selling and buying; helping to make it a positive experience.
