After a little over 16 years in business followed by a break of approximately two and a half years, I now find that I am at the point of desiring to accept a new challenge.

 

I have always had an interest in property which stemmed from my initial career with The Public Trust followed by further periods with other Trust companies; totalling 35 years. During this time I was involved with the sale and purchase of all kinds of properties as well as farms & businesses. As a result I consider that I have obtained a very good grounding in all aspects of Real Estate. On a personal basis, my wife and I have bought and sold over 15 properties in our married life.

 

I originally sat my Real Estate exams about 30 years ago but with various changes within the Real Estate industry and new regulations brought in by the government I recently completed a National Certificate with the New Zealand Qualifications Authority. This has given me a very good insight into present day Real Estate.

 

I consider that I have good communication and negotiating skills.... My years in business in Geraldine were busy and demanding as a result of dealing daily with the public & our franchises (NZ Post & NZ Lotteries). I feel confident with my people skills & have always believed in dealing honestly and efficiently with people I come into contact with. I also believe in hard work and endeavouring to satisfy people’s requirements and expectations.

 

I look forward to again dealing with the people of Geraldine (who in the past were very supportive of my wife and myself) I would like the opportunity of assisting in the marketing and sale of your property.
