Gayle has been customer focused since she left school to go into a lengthy banking career where excellent service standards become the norm. It’s no different in Real Estate where high standards of communication, commitment and service are expected when you are dealing with someone’s biggest asset.

Gayle prides herself on being professional to the core with absolute integrity, but she also mixes that with a friendly, approachable manner. Gayle mentions that being “real and down to earth” is an ingredient which most people expect from someone in the service industry and when people realise you are friendly and open they soon warm to you.

Real Estate has different demands from most jobs and Gayle will meet those demands head-on to get the job done. This requires acting and thinking outside the square at times to overcome obstacles which can get in the way of the end result. This can involve negotiation and using skills to get the best possible result. “Getting the right result for clients is always a great feeling” Gayle says.

Gayle lives in Rangiora with her husband Murray who is also in Real Estate and they work together and support each other to achieve great results.
