"Often we get caught up with life and we don't stop to appreciate the efforts of others : just wanted to say a massive thanks to "Property Brokers " and in particular to Fraser who looks after me - I live offshore and the dynamics of this can be challenging when you have maintenance schedules and tenants - Fraser makes this easy. I get full reports monthly, an easy online profile that tells me everything but, better still, I have someone that understands me and the importance I place on making a comfortable home for a reliable tenant as well as an investment.
If you're looking for reliability and an organisation to follow through given them a go!"
"I am v-e-r-y impressed with Fraser's dedication to property management. When any issue arises, Fraser takes care of it and the upshot is that there is a minimum of fuss for me which is precisely why I use a property manager. Communication is excellent. Fraser's overall professionalism is commendable."
"Fraser is exceptional. He is intelligent. He is smart with people. He has a wry, understated sense of humor and he is fun to work with. He gets things done efficiently and he takes people along with him as he does. We have been really lucky to work with him."
