Working for you
Friendly, hardworking and with a keen eye for detail, Derek takes all the stress out of buying and selling lifestyle property. With Derek on your team you will get excellent results!
Derek has lived in the Manawatu region all his life. On leaving Palmerston North Boys High School he qualified as a carpenter before pursuing a 20 year dairy farming career. In 2008 he opted out of farming to follow a long held interest in real estate. Initially marketing and selling both residential and lifestyle property he is now totally focused on his preference of lifestyle and is absolutely committed to getting the job done right.
Derek has worked under and been loyal to the Property Brokers brand since 2010. He sees their core values as a perfect fit for him where he strives to provide a service to his clients and customers that is second to none.
Outside of work Derek enjoys relaxing with his wife Tracy on their own lifestyle block. He enjoys cycling, boating at Lake Taupo and spending time with family and friends.
The person you choose to engage for your real estate transactions can be a difficult decision to make. I value the trust placed in me by all of my clients, and promise, in return, to deliver an upfront, professional service leaving them with no doubt whom they would use for any future business.
