Bevan joined us following a successful career as a rural property valuer and works in our specialist rural sales team in Central Hawke’s Bay.  He brings a wealth of specialist property knowledge having had experience with a vast range of property types while working for over 16 years as a property valuer in Hawke’s Bay.

 

Bevan grew up on the family sheep and beef farm in Wairoa, which enabled him to “shear” his way through a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree from Massey University majoring in Agriculture and Rural Valuation & Management.

 

He then moved on to work as a Registered Valuer, briefly in Gisborne and then based in Hawke’s Bay valuing a broad range of rural property from throughout Central Hawke’s Bay up to the East Coast.  He has been involved with valuing most types of property and has gained a deep understanding of what drives property values and people when they are buying or selling.

 

After 17 years in the valuation profession he made the move to join property brokers and is excited and enthused about helping people with their property transaction and enabling them to move into the next stage of their life, whether they be buying or selling.

 

He lives in Otane with Annemarie who is currently juggling being at home with their young family with living and breathing netball having coached Otane to 12 HB club titles over the past 15 years.

 

Along with family, Bevan is interested in any sports, rugby, any outdoor pursuits, and anything to do with farming and property.
