Tokoroa is known as the 16th star because it’s the biggest Cook Island community outside of the Cook Islands. You can usually hear the beat of the island drums on most days and fill your stomach with island donuts from all the mamas on most days. This town holds numerous cultural days to celebrate and enjoy all the different cultures!
