I felt supported through out this entire process. While facing a few tricky decisions, I could ask any questions at any time of the day and one of the 'A' team would respond quickly. We have had some laughs during this often emotional journey. When I needed reassurance, I got it, when I needed.the name of a painter, gardener or cleaner..recommendations were provided. I could not have done this on my own and the joy of attaching that sold sticker was the icing on the cake.
