Foxton Property Auction pulls in the buyers ...

Almost $1 million of property has sold through a Property Brokers auction at Foxton.

By 5pm on Saturday, $990,000 of property was sold to cash buyers through the auction process, Property Brokers branch manager Roly Fitzgerald said.

One property was sold under the hammer, one after the auction and three before it.  Another property went under contract shortly afterwards to a conditional buyer, Mr Fitzgerald said.  He would present two offers on another property today, he said.  They have been on the market for two to 14 months.

"We've had outstanding results so far."

The properties for sale were at Foxton, Foxton Beach, Waitarere and Himatangi Beach.  Most of them were at Foxton Beach.
