My service includes:

• Completing the loan application
• Liaise with any real estate agent, bank, lawyer and valuer if required
• On your behalf I will arrange a time for you to visit the bank to sign the necessary documents

Because I have had over 30 years in the banking industry, (the last sixteen years  as a Branch Manager), I know exactly what the banks require.  I offer a level of experience that will assist you in obtaining your loan approval.
